On the one hand we have the root (usually titanium) that is going to be inserted in the jaw and we will not see at any time. The root of titanium is screwed into the jawbone (mandible), and in time, is welded (fixed).

IMPLANT PROCESS

Gum then is secured over the implant. The implant will remain
covered by approximately three to six months while it fuses with the
