BracesBonded and non-fixed slides
Not all people’s teeth are still growing so out of the jaws, as they are actually planned. Due to the orthodontics such deformities can usually be corrected. A commonly used tool is the braces, which are available in various designs.

In principle, no distinction is made between fixed and fixed braces. With the braces, the brackets are called the most frequently used. They are using a special glue affixed firmly on the tooth and are connected by a small metal wire. Be taken into brackets, regular visits to the orthodontist important.

In certain time intervals, the wire is drawn together more closely in order to correct the deformity piece by piece. This process is not always painless, usually just appear in the first two to three days after the procedure, mild to moderate dental pain, because the teeth must be prepared for the pressure and not give in now, of course.

This method is however, not all deformities and usually the brackets, the misalignment can not resolve completely, so that after that a non-braces to be addressed. These non-braces can be arbitrarily removed. You need not be worn all the time, but only for a certain period during the day.

Most often they are only worn on the night and not even during the day. The non-braces are individually adapted to the jaw of the patient and are based on the same principle as the braces. They consist of a bowl and a wire that runs to attach to the teeth around.
